Anita Grigore is a Music Supervisor and Coordinator at Format Entertainment. She has contributed to numerous high-profile projects, including Marvel Disney+ releases, Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie, and Amazon’s Fallout, as well as Lionsgate features such as Borderlands and Shadow Force.

Born in Romania and raised in Los Angeles, Anita grew up surrounded by creatives. When she wasn’t traveling the country for competitions as a nationally ranked sabre fencer, she spent much of her time going to concerts and festivals.

After several internships, Anita's career in the music industry formally began at Friends at Work, where she worked for John Legend, Charlie Puth, and other well-known artists on brand partnerships and management related tasks. Her passion for the intersection of music and film/television led her to her current role at Format Entertainment. In addition to her work as a music coordinator, Anita works as a wardrobe stylist for music videos, photo shoots, commercials.

Anita graduated from UCLA, where she majored in gender studies and the music industry. She is committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the industry and beyond. Through her experiences, Anita came to realize the power of storytelling in shaping our understanding of the world and the importance of amplifying voices that are often marginalized.

Her favorite quote, "Art is how we decorate space, music is how we decorate time,” by Jean-Michel Basquiat, reflects her belief that music can serve as a tool for social change and inspire empathy and understanding.
